Caitlin Office Interiors and Design Inc. located at 515 North Main Street, Newark, NY was started by Bob Bendix, in 1983, set up a card table in the sunroom of his parent;s home in Newark. In 1986 Bobs' sister Anne Wunder came on board as a business partner in Caitlin Enterprise.
In 1999 Caitlin Enterprise became a woman-owned corporation and the name changed to Caitlin Interiors and Design. Anne and Bob remained the principals and continued to expand their efforts and the business's niches, Caitlin became a New York State Contract Dealer for many manufacturers, expanding their territory.
In 2005 they became the New York State Contract Sales agent for Hallagan Furniture and rose to be a platinum HON Dealer, providing their customers with even more opportunities.
In 2007, Caitlin took on another member of the family, Jean Williams. Bob and Anne's sister joined the firm as an administrative assistant.
Caitlin looks forward to many more years of service to Newark and the surrounding areas.
